Ingredients:
spinach, fresh onion, corn oil, sumac, salt, olive oil, lemon salt, flour (fortified wheat flour with iron & folic acid), baking powder, corn starch.
By deep frying:
- Heat the frying oil in a deep frying pan to 180 .
- put the spinach Samosa and fry for 5-6 minutes or until it turned to golden brown.
- take out the fried spinach samosas and let the oil drip or use a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
