Ingredients: white wheat flour, salt, feta cheese (from cow’s milk), Mozzarella Cheese (from cow’s milk), corn starch, Vegetable Oil (corn oil), Parsley, Leaving Agent: Sodium Carbonate (E500)
By Frying:
· Pre-heat the fryer to a temperature of 160℃ to 180℃.
· Pour in enough cooking oil to submerge each piece of Cheese Sambosa and heat for about 4 minutes.
· Put in the Cheese Sambosa and fry for about 4-5 minutes or until the colour turns golden brown.
· Take out the fried Cheese Sambosa and let the oil drip or use paper towel to remove excess oil.
· Serve hot.
