By Oven

• Remove the Frozen chicken tender from the bag and defrost it.
• Preheated the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 ˚C 
• Place the chicken breast on an oven tray in a 200˚C
• Add the oil during the cooking. 

By Grill

• Place the defrosted chicken tender on a preheated grill. 
• then Flip the chicken breast on both sides until the color changes to golden color.
• Serve it hot.
