Ingredients:
chicken meat, flour (fortified wheat flour with iron & folic acid), salt, baking powder, corn starch, sunflower oil, water, shawarma spice ( pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, dextrose, garlic, E-621, salt, lemon, parsley), tomato sauce, chili paste, E-451, soy, concentrate.
By deep frying:
- Heat the frying oil in a deep frying pan to 180.
- put the shawarma roll and fry for 4-5 minutes or until it turned to golden brown.
- take out the fried shawarma roll and let the oil drip or use a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
